Quietness in a Noisy Environment

Most of us are living in homes with wood or ceramic tile floors. We've abandoned carpeting for something a little closer to the earth and for that we pay a price, not only financially but also with our sense—aurally, you might say.

It's become quite noisy; shoes are clumping, voices echoing, TV's reverberating, blenders and dishwashers, they're all causing a din.
It creates quite a noisy atmosphere in a room with little or no textiles to absorb the sound.

From Soundtect, comes news of a new product worthy of commercial and residential application, setting a trend in the world of interior design.

A few important things about the panels: first, in resonance with Mother Nature, Soundtect™ is using recycled materials for their panels. Secondly, the panels are designer-friendly as they can be painted, and finally it's anything but obvious, and what makes them so unique; the panels are acoustic to the core.

With an innovative spirit guiding an engineering mind, Soundtect™ has managed to camouflage acoustic function with imagination, and produce panels that are technically admirable due to their finely tuned balance of reverberation control and sound absorption.
Wherever or however they're used, these panels are outstanding, and with your new panels in place, a wow-factor has entered the room.

Listen....to the Quiet.

Who Needs Attractive Acoustic Panels?

New Products

Acoustic Wall Covering

One of the new lines Soundtect has produced is an acoustic wall covering. A totally flat fabric backed paper which can line entire rooms quietly and subtly in a range of designs and colour to match any environment.

New designs and sizes of panel

With such a variety of business that Soundtect could appeal to, we are naturally commanding a lot of attention from all angles and therefore have to address the diversity of our potential clients, by introducing new sizes of our existing panels and producing different designs altogether. We are continuing to design new panels and increase our product base and look forward to releasing further designs throughout 2012

British Compliance

Although Soundtect currently has US standards in place for our panels, we are driven to providing complete piece of mind and have therefore undertaken further testing of our panels in the UK to receive the all-important regulations.

Our US standards:

The panels have NRC ratings of between 0.5-0.7
All panel flammability complies with ASTM E84 Class 1

Our UK Standards:

Wave and Tetris have been calculated as class A (0.95) and C (0.80) respectively EN ISO 11654:1997
Contour, Linear and Twig have been calculated as Class E

All designs are currently due for flammability testing in October to receive the British Classification of EN 13823 (SBI) and EN ISO 1716 (bomb)
